Dr. Sheaffer and his staff are amazing. Exceptionally kind, courteous, and personable. Dr. Sheaffer goes out of his way to make the root canal experience not so miserable. He explains everything thoroughly and goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable. (I personally had zero pain during OR after the procedure.) He's clearly a very smart guy who knows his craft. You can tell a lot about someone by how they interact with those under them (i.e., staff). I was thoroughly impressed by the respect and gratitude he showed toward those who work for him. If there's such a thing as an A+ root canal experience, this would be it!

Dr. Shaeffer was fantastic! He was thorough and kind in his explanation of each step of root canal therapy. This helped me see and trust his expertise immediately. He and Courtney did a fantastic job of making me feel safe and comfortable through the whole procedure. Helen at the front desk was also incredibly kind and accommodating, squeezing me in after a cancellation and helping me understand how to file with insurance. When you're nervous about a procedure, kindness and patience go a long way, and these guys have both in spades. I'm very grateful to the whole team.

All very polite. Was surprised by some of the treatment (whole different story) but still sharing this incident. This began two years ago.. My daughter had a root canal done by Dr. Schaefer. Less than a year later that tooth has (Dr’s term “the root canal you had was incomplete and now you have ann abscess.” Tooth had to be extracted. Then we had to pay for a bridge. So 2 yrs down the road and almost $4000 later, my daughter finally has a tooth that doesn’t hurt. Do with this information what you will.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sheaffer’s office and on for 23 years. He and his staff have always given me the absolute best care. They are completely transparent about fees and treatment. There are no surprises. I have always felt like his goal is the best possible dental care for me. And he does it with kindness and respect. I recommend him all the time. No one enjoys seeing the endodontist, but if you need one, you want the best. That’s Dr. Sheaffer.

Dr. Sheaffer was recommended to me by my general dentist, and I'm so happy he was. Dr. Sheaffer and his staff are so kind and thorough. the main receptionist Helen is so much fun and always has a smile and a warm greeting when you walk in. I've had a few tricky teeth that needed to be diagnosed and Dr. Sheaffer never rushed or made me feel like he needed to be somewhere else. He spent the time needed to locate the problematic tooth and treat it. He explains each step as he works and always checks in if you're doing okay. Thank you Dr. Sheaffer for all you do for your patients!
